If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the AMN Jewellers app, please follow the steps below.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@amnjewellers.com from the email address associated with your AMN Jewellers account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- In the body of the email, please state that you would like your account and data to be permanently deleted.
Data Deletion Policy
Once your request is received and verified, we will process the deletion within 7-14 business days.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile, including name, email address, and phone number.
- Your saved items and cart history.
- Your personal preferences.
What data is kept
Order history and transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes as required by local laws. This data will be securely stored and isolated from active use.
Retained records are used only where required for compliance, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
