- Data Storage: AWS AppSync / DynamoDB for order and product data.
- File Storage: AWS S3 for images and voice notes.
All data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to authorized team members within your organization.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app's Profile section. You can also submit an account and data deletion request by email through our Account and Data Deletion Request page. When you delete your account:
- Your profile information is permanently removed.
- Your order history is deleted.
- Your uploaded images and voice notes are removed from storage.
Permissions
- Camera: Used to photograph products and attach images to orders.
- Microphone: Used to record voice notes for orders.
- Storage: Used to select images from your device gallery.
- Internet: Required to sync data with our servers.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
